Reykjavik ATV Tour through Lava Fields & Geothermal Landscapes

This experience combines off-road ATV riding with the raw volcanic and geothermal landscapes of the Hengill region. Ride across the historic Svínahraun lava field, follow rugged trails through moss-covered lava, and experience an active geothermal area just outside Reykjavík. What sets this tour apart is the chance to explore a landscape where Iceland’s volcanic activity and renewable energy come together. See steaming ground and geothermal features, pass the Hellisheiði geothermal power plant, and learn how Iceland harnesses natural heat to produce electricity and hot water. With a choice of 1,5-hour or 2,5-hour tours, this experience combines ATV adventure, volcanic landscapes, geothermal activity, and insights into Iceland’s renewable energy.
