What to expect

• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Participants must be able to fit safety gear: helmet, harness, and minimum shoe size 35
• Wear comfortable, warm, yet breathable waterproof clothing and hiking boots. Wear stiff hiking boots that cover your ankles and offer good ankle support. Soft, foam, low shoes or sneakers are not allowed.
• Important: We offer rain pants, rain jackets, and hiking boots for rental at the meeting point. If you are not properly dressed, you may be required to rent gear from us or, in extreme cases, be denied participation for safety reasons. Our cancellation policy will apply in such cases.
• The harness sizes is can be adjusted to maximum 126cm.
